The Mercedes loaners ensure that maintenance is convenient, and customer follow-up to support quality work ensures I have never had issues. The experience over 11 years with my customer service agent has gone above and beyond customer satisfaction and respect for service.

Very impressed with the new dealer transition, the entire staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Service was going to take longer than expected so they offer a courtesy vehicle to use as the tech preformed the recall repairs. While our vehicle was not purchased from this dealer, the professional treatment we received means we will be returning for any future service requirements.

Although the process of buying a car takes WAY too long, our experience at MB of Barrington was great! This is primarily because of our client advisor Muhammed Akhtar. He made sure our concerns were answered and matched us to a car that meet our needs better than the one we initially came to see. Muhammed was attentive, personable, and genuinely interested in us having a positive experience.
Matt was a great service provider! Only issue I had was that I requested my key fab battery be replaced. Matt said it was, got the car home and replace key battery light was still on. I replaced battery all was good!

Super professional and welcoming staff. They go above and beyond, even noticing the little things. I despise car shopping with the price haggling etc, but not once did I get that sleezy sales person vibe or felt like I was getting a bad deal. And for those who want to experiance some more luxury cars but feel like they won't be taken seriously becauee they don't dress the part etc by sales people, don't fear, they are super friendly and will work with you.
I brought my vehicle in for repair, and Andrew handled everything from start to finish. He was extremely professional, worked very quickly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly.
